that special someone who can:

• Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls.
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions
related to Internet and voice services.
• Create and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
• Assist with billing questions, scheduling and service order processing.
• Build customer relationships and work in a TEAM environment.
