POSITION: Behavioral Health Counselor/Therapist
LOCATION: Canton, IL
HOURS: M-F 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Position Overview:
• Performs clinical assessment and diagnosis
• Performs individual psychotherapy, addictions counseling or family intervention
• Consultation and Coordination of services with team members
• Treatment planning and staffing
• Manages caseload consisting of adults and youth with behavioral health and/or substance use diagnosis.
Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Bachelor’s Degree Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Marriage and Family Counseling
• Addictions experience preferred
• Preferred State of Illinois Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or a
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor or License Marriage and Family Therapist
