Family Reading Night at the Library

Family Reading Night at Parlin Ingersoll Library.

This year’s theme is Catch a Dragon by the Tale! We would like to encourage families to spend quality time reading together. We will feature stories, activities and crafts for the whole family to enjoy.

Sponsored by Illinois Secretary of State and State Librarian, Jesse White, and the Illinois Center for the Book.

Family Reading Night is an annual statewide event held the third Thursday in November to encourage families to spend quality time reading together. In celebration, we are hosting a medieval spectacular!

Come and share stories, crafts and activities!
